How we train with this member

At this age, training isn't about performance. It's about keeping the strength and balance that let you climb stairs, get up out of a chair and carry the groceries without help.

We work with moderate weights, plenty of balance work and slow progressions, always with a coach nearby. Sessions are shorter with more rest, and that's fine.

We ask for medical clearance before you start and coordinate with your doctor when there's a condition to work around. That step never gets skipped.
