For anyone walking in for the first time who doesn't know what to do or where to look.
You've never trained, or you stopped years ago.
Back to membersThis is our most common member and the one who needs the most attention in the first few weeks. They usually come in with two fears: not knowing how to use the machines, and being watched.
Both get solved the same way: on day one, you don't train alone. You do your assessment, get your written program and a coach works with you for the first few sessions, until you know what to do without asking anyone.
And one thing we always say: most people quit because they start at six days a week. We'd rather you come three days and still be showing up in March.
Each one is handled by a specific gym service, within the agreed plan.
The ones we use most often for this group. Each service page details what's included.
